receptionistsOur friendly receptionists Edwina, Amanda and Fabian welcome you in our waiting area.

Covid update : We have installed a protective screen for the protection of patients and receptionists. Payments can be made contactless by card (although we still accept cash and cheque). To minimise risk, patients can progress straight to the treatment rooms if possible or wait in the spaced out waiting area. Door handles etc are frequently disinfected

!All receptionists as well as Adam have been vaccinated against Covid!

At your first visit you’ll be asked to fill in some forms with your personal details and some medical background. We adhere to GDPR rules, securely locking your file away and disposing of it 8 years after last attendance, so if your last visit was longer ago, you’ll have to fill in all the forms again.

To make any waiting time more pleasant, we provide reading material for yourself, and toys and books for children.

There is also a tea – and coffee making facility and you can help youself to a glass of water from the filter tap located in the waiting area.

All treatment rooms are now ground floor, except the Crystal Healing Bed room, which is upstairs.
The practice is wheelchair accessible both from the front (ring bell for assistance, so a portable ramp can be put out) and from the back (through alleyway around the building, concrete ramp to back door where there is another bell).

Please be aware we do not have a wheelchair accessible toilet.
